I have a similar picture of an old lone tree like yours.
The one skinny arched branched tree reminds me of the Menorah a Jewish candlestick with either 7 or 9 branches. The 9 branch Menorah celebrates a time when they only had enough oil to burn for one day, but miraculously, it burned for 8 days. The center candle is the one used to light all the others.
Against all odds, this occurred as do some of the other pla ts we see.
I also take photos of roadside grasses, bushes etc. Thank you for your article.
I love that you notice these incredible miracles. That’s what I think is so great about photography and also a responsibility: noticing beauty that others will easily overlook or even dismiss as ugly.
The first photograph with the geese in the corner is just perfect.
Great eye Tom! That’s one of my favorite elements as well. Many thanks! 🙏 🖤📷

Inspiring text and photos.
That is very kind; thank you for the feedback. 🙏🖤📷
For you it is roadside vegetation, for me it is solitary trees fighting against the elements on Dartmoor,
Either have their own beauty.
Absoulutely agree 💯 my friend. Have a great day!
Beautiful essay. Thank you for sharing.
